Pit Crew Sites ("we," "us") keeps local home-service websites running. This policy explains what we collect when you use this site or request a free check-up, and what we do with it. The short version: we only use your information to help you, and we never sell or rent it.
Information you give us. When you submit the check-up form, we collect your business name, website address, email, phone number, and any message you add. You choose what to share β only the website address is required so we can review it.
Basic usage data. Like most sites, we may collect aggregate, non-identifying analytics (such as which pages are visited) to improve the site. We don't use this to identify you personally.
To run your free site check-up and get back to you about it; to provide and support the service if you become a client; and to respond to questions you send us. That's it.
Form submissions are stored in our customer-relationship tool and our email. If you become a paying client, payments are handled by Stripe β we never see or store your full card number. These providers process your data on our behalf.
We don't sell your information, rent it, or share it with advertisers. No list-selling, ever.
You can ask us what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted at any time β just email hello@pitcrewsites.com. If we ever email you, every message has an unsubscribe link.
We may update this policy as the business grows; we'll change the "last updated" date above when we do.
