Pit Crew Sites ("we," "us") keeps local home-service websites running. This policy explains what we collect when you use this site or request a free check-up, and what we do with it. The short version: we only use your information to help you, and we never sell or rent it.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you submit the check-up form, we collect your business name, website address, email, phone number, and any message you add. You choose what to share — only the website address is required so we can review it.

Basic usage data. Like most sites, we may collect aggregate, non-identifying analytics (such as which pages are visited) to improve the site. We don't use this to identify you personally.

How we use it

To run your free site check-up and get back to you about it; to provide and support the service if you become a client; and to respond to questions you send us. That's it.

Where it's stored

Form submissions are stored in our customer-relationship tool and our email. If you become a paying client, payments are handled by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number. These providers process your data on our behalf.

What we don't do

We don't sell your information, rent it, or share it with advertisers. No list-selling, ever.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted at any time — just email hello@pitcrewsites.com. If we ever email you, every message has an unsubscribe link.

Changes

We may update this policy as the business grows; we'll change the "last updated" date above when we do.
