Terms of Service

These terms cover using this website and our website-care service. We've written them in plain English on purpose. If you subscribe, you'll also receive a full Website Subscription Agreement. That signed agreement is the binding contract, and it governs if anything here conflicts with it.

Using this website

This site is for information. The free check-up is offered with no cost and no obligation, on a commercially reasonable basis. We don't promise that any particular finding, fix, or result will follow from it.

The service, in short

• $0 to start, month to month on care plans. No setup fee on Spotter, Pit Crew, or Full Throttle; billed monthly in advance via Stripe from the day your plan starts. An optional full rebuild, only if your site needs one, is a separate one-time fee (financeable), agreed in a signed order before any rebuild work begins. A rebuild order will also set the care plan that starts at go-live and any minimum care period written into that order.
• 30-day money-back. If we're not keeping your site healthier and easier to call from than when we started, tell us within 30 days of your first charge and we'll refund the monthly fees you've paid. (A one-time rebuild fee covers work already delivered and isn't included. A signed rebuild order may also set how the guarantee works with any minimum care term.)
• Cancel anytime on care-only plans with reasonable notice, unless a signed rebuild order sets a minimum care term after go-live. When care ends we stop hosting and take the site offline; after the money-back window, fees already paid for the current period aren't refunded.
• You own your domain and content. Your domain, logo, photos, and copy are always yours. While you subscribe, we own the site's design, code, and templates and license them to you.
• Edits. Reasonable content edits are included per your plan; net-new pages or custom work are quoted separately.

No guarantee of results

We do not guarantee any specific number of leads, calls, jobs, revenue, search rankings, or traffic. What we provide is a fast, working, modern, monitored site. The site and the check-up are provided "as is," without warranties beyond what's stated in your signed agreement or required by law.

Your content

You're responsible for the accuracy and rights to anything you give us to publish (logos, photos, license claims, advertising claims). By providing it, you confirm you have the right to use it and let us put it on your site.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the months immediately before a claim, and neither of us is liable for indirect or consequential damages. The signed Subscription Agreement spells this out in full.
